Making changes can be hard when you're unsure what to do or where to start. When you think of the lifestyle changes that you need to make, do you feel overwhelmed?Do you maybe feel like it's impossible to change all of the things you want? How about your influences? Do you feel they won't accept you and the changes you want to make?
Every single day that goes on and you decide to keep straying further and further away from the burning desires and the good intuitive thoughts that you have, you're wasting precious time in the 'good' life that you could be living.
The list goes on with how to start living your life for you, but the truth of it all,
is that not all lists are compatible. Each of us hold unique battles and victories, and at the end of the day, although the lists may not be compatible, the goal is, and the goal is TO CHANGE.
When you decide to make choices that change your life for the better, a piece of the world changes.
Making changes are about eliminating the toxicity you are being exposed to that's affecting your life in a poor way. After all, isn't that why we seek change? Because of poor and negative surroundings, feelings, and circumstances?
Every day, you have a choice. Is the person you are today, the person you want to continue being? Are the choices you are making, the choices you want to continue making? Are you truly living your best life and discovering the best versions of yourself? If not, then EVALUATE. Evaluating yourself is the first and foremost thing you can do if you want to seek change. After evaluating yourself, start by taking action in that one area that you want change in, the most. Maybe you want to start exercising more, maybe you want to eat healthier, and maybe you want to work on balancing your mental health to where you feel more stable with meditation and journaling. Whatever it is, work on that area first. Nothing great accomplished has ever come from quick fix magic or overnight successes. That simply doesn't exist in the real world. What exists, is action. If you act as if you've always been, you'll always get what you've always got. To break the cycle of repetition, action needs to exist and blaming needs to perish. Blaming others for the results of your decisions not only make you irresponsible, but immature.
So here we are, the first step, EVALUATE YOURSELF. The second step, POINT LESS FINGERS AT OTHERS. The 3rd step, TAKE ACTION. And continuing to the 4th step, LEARN.
Look at life in the form of a textbook. You can learn from it, or you can let the dust settle on the information given to you. Life can be as simple or as complex as we want it to be. It's about learning, evolving, and so many other things and we have all of the resources that we could possibly need at the tip of our fingers. When we make a choice, we make another choice to either learn from a result, or disregard the result. Choices are everything in life. It's what makes up our life. It's what gives us the destiny and destination of our lives.
So choose wisely and choose for the better.
